My Workout Regimen!

My Workout Regimen!

Okay guys! Here it is finally! My entire workout regimen from Monday to Friday. Enjoy :)


1. I wake up at 6:30. I brush, clear my bowels, freshen up. Then I go to my terrace, face the sun and perform two Surya Namaskaars (sun salutations). You can watch how to do a complete sun salutation on YouTube. This yogasana fills me with energy. Then I proceed to complete a 30 minute yoga routine by Bryan Jones. I then bathe, and eat breakfast.

2. At around 6:30 in the evening, I start with cardio. Zuzka Light's "Sexy in 6 minutes" workout really works up an insane sweat and prepares me for the challenge ahead. I take a 5 minute break and then start her ZWOW (Zuzka's Workout of the Week). All her workouts really kick my ass.


1. On tuesdays I wake up a little late. Around 8:00.  I perform two sun salutations again and then go for a brisk 20 minute walk.

2. In the evening, at around 5:00, I perform a few restorative yoga poses.


1. I wake up at 6:30, perform two sun salutations and after a 5 minute break, directly start with the ZWOW.

2. In the evening, I do Zuzka's Kissable abs or Medal of Honor abs workout both of which can be found on her previous site, I really push myself on Wednesdays.




Same as Monday


1. I wake up at 6:00 and do a 20 minute Sports Conditioning Training workout (Skimble Workout Trainer App).

2. In the evening at around 7:00, I do a 35 mins pilates workout.


1. I wake up at around 9 and do the Fat Burner Deluxe workout from the Workout Trainer App. 

And that's my workout regimen for the entire week :)

Okay so I know I was supposed to do another post on fitness but I'm taking this opportunity to Thank all the amazing people and things that make my life and my blogging experience so beautiful! :)

Thank you Blogger for being such an amazing tool for voicing my opinion and helping people like me achieve their dreams. Manifesting Health (Fitness and Body Sculpting- Workout Regimen)

Fitness and Body Sculpting

Combine the infinite Power of your Brain and a tough-as-nails workout regimen to get that firm, sculpted and supple body! Challenge yourself and condition your brains to recognize your exercise regimen as the most exhilarating and important part of your lives. This practice is going to leave you dripping with sweat and by the end of it you're going to feel like Superman. No challenge will ever feel big enough or tough enough. Your brain can make you invincible. Believe in it. And above all, expect miracles. 

Step 1 : Define your goals. What is it that you want from your body? Do you want a flat stomach? Six packs? Do you want a more toned chest? Do you want full body sculpting? What is it that you want? Identify your problem areas and form a goal. 

Step 2 : Visualize your goals. Write it down in big, bold letters on a huge sheet and hang or paste it on a wall where you will see it very often. When you visualize yourself having achieved your fitness goals, say thank you for it. Feel grateful for your perfect body. Feel happy for your amazing, fit and sexy body. Form a strong mental image of yourself in your hot. new body. Feel the gratitude surging through you. 

Step 3 : Now, to find the perfect workout for yourself, the best thing you can do is browse the internet. My personal favorite is Zuzka Light. She is an excellent trainer, is extraordinarily kind and encouraging, and will always inspire you to be your best. She is pure gold. Zuzka's workouts are usually full body workouts and they don't take more than 20 minutes if you can keep up with her time. Her workouts will kick your ass and get you in the best shape ever! Her workouts also have easy variations for beginners. And they're free. Before you start though, always do a ten minute warm-up with stretching. You can also check out other trainers on YouTube.  If you are a smartphone user then you can download the Skimble Workout Trainer app from the android market. Its free and a lot of fun. You can customize your workouts to suit your body needs and your fitness levels. Also, if you're interested in Yoga, I suggest Bryan Jones' Power Yoga on YouTube. Make a proper workout regimen for yourself and follow it religiously. You could also join your local gym and consult your trainer. If you don't know what's best for you then leave me a note in the comments section with your physical details- gender,weight, fitness level (beginner, moderate, or pro), diet and lifestyle (whether sedentary or active). I will construct an appropriate workout and diet regimen for you and send it you in in my reply. And whenever you workout, before beginning, remember to always thank the universe for being alive and healthy enough to be able to move your limbs. And feel grateful for the workout you're about to do.

Step 4 : If you suffer from a medical condition, then always consult your doctor before starting on a workout regimen. If you're a complete beginner then take it easy, maintain proper posture while doing your workouts and don't become over-enthusiastic. If you feel unexpected pain at any point then stop immediately. However, if you do maintain proper form there should be no reason for unwanted pain. Remember, quality always triumphs quantity. Be consistent with your fitness schedule. And never forget, gratitude is the key to success.

Manifesting Health (Fitness and Body Sculpting-Power of the Brain)

Fitness and Body Sculpting

In this post I will teach you how to use positive affirmations and the power of your brain to boost your fitness levels and tone your body.

The power of the mind is often underestimated when health and fitness are our main concerns. The truth is, our minds play a huge role in shaping our bodies. When we exercise, our brains release a burst of endorphins in our blood stream. Endorphins are the "happy hormones" and also the healing hormones. They are responsible for all healing processes taking place in your body. Endorphins are also released when you laugh heartily and when you orgasm. On the other hand, a deficit of endorphins could lead to depression, anxiety, illness, and impact general well being. Hence, fitness, happiness and healing are very closely related and interdependent. You cannot become fit or tone your body if your predominant thoughts are depressing. If you think "Oh I don't think any workout can possibly improve my shape" or "This is not working. Exercising isn't helping" then no matter what you do, you will never achieve the body of your dreams. Because despite the physical training, you are forcing your brain to block the release of endorphins by thinking such thoughts. On the other hand, positive affirmations like " This feels amazing! I should exercise more often. I feel so great!" are helping with the natural flow of happiness and healing hormones throughout your body, thus conditioning your brain to recognize exercise as a function that is vital to your well being. And thus, every time you exercise your subconscious mind will be conditioned to make you feel great and happy thoughts will arise in your head without even trying. You will start enjoying your workouts like never before. So, using positive affirmations each time you exercise, you can create a never ending cycle of well being and fitness that just gets better and better. Every function in our bodies, voluntary and involuntary, and every feeling and emotion is controlled by our brains. Life as we know it, is a product of the human mind. So use this amazing tool of infinite power to your advantage. Start training your brain to recognize what is truly important for you and you will be unstoppable.

The things that the human mind can achieve are limitless. So, why can't you achieve that wonderful body you've always dreamed of? You can. And you will. You know why? Because its easy.

Manifesting Health (Recovering from an illness)

The key to the following practice is GRATITUDE. Before we begin, take a few moments to appreciate the fact that you're alive. Just this. You are alive. Thank the Universe for bringing you into existence. Thank your parents for giving you life. Life is precious, life is magnificent. When you are alive, you can conquer the world. Being alive is a gift, the most precious gift. Feel grateful, feel happy for being alive. Say thank you universe, for this moment, for it is precious. Thank you for my life because it is truly magnificent. Raise you vibe to one of true gratefulness. Just feel happy and grateful for being alive, for being you.

Now the first thing you need to realize is that an illness or a disease is nothing but negative energy. Everything that we come across in this Universe is energy. What you need to do is raise your own energy to such a level that it completely nullifies the negative energy residing in your body. Right now, your predominant thoughts are of sickness since you're suffering yourself and your predominant emotions are of fear, anxiety, helplessness and despair. these thoughts and emotions are in turn attracting more sickness and disease which will attract more such thoughts and so on and so forth. I call it the disease loop. What can you do to get out of it? Raise your vibe.

Remember, taking all medications and therapies that your doctor prescribes is just as important. Under no circumstance are you to abandon your medication. This practice, coupled with your prescribed medication will  cure you completely within weeks.

Step 1 : Be happy. Laugh like a maniac. Watch the funniest shows on air and laugh your guts out. Hire a couple of comedy show CDs or Tom and Jerry DVDs and laugh like a little child. Don't hold back. Look up hilarious jokes on the internet and laugh as much as you can. Don't let yourself feel sad or depressed even for one second. The moment you feel any negative emotions arising in your mind, watch another hilarious show. The curative powers of laughter and happiness is underrated. Watch outrageously funny videos on YouTube. Go out of your way to make every day an extremely funny and enjoyable day. The overwhelmingly large amount of endorphins your brain will release everyday if you do this practise will cure your whole body within a few weeks. But do this practise every day without fail.

Step 2 : Every night, before going to sleep, count your blessings. Write them down in your journal and write down the reason you're grateful for that particular blessing. 20 blessings every night. Feel as grateful for them as you can. And every day when you wake up in the morning, say thank you. Say thank you when your feet touch the ground. 

Step 3 : Visualize. Construct a mental image of yourself- perfectly healthy, happy and completely recovered. There's a glow on your face. You are enjoying life. You are completely cured. Transfer yourself into that mental image. Believe that it is happening now, that you have healed completely and feel grateful for it. Say thank you Universe for healing/curing me completely. Thank you for my perfect health. And feel as if you have already recovered. Be grateful for your recovery. Do this practice 5 times a day. Once after you get up, , once after lunch, once in the evening, once after dinner and once before going to bed. To aid in the visualization process, you can write this sentence- "I am perfectly healthy, happy and fit. I have recovered/ healed completely" on a large sheet and hang it or paste it on a wall where you will see it often. Every time you read this sentence, say thank you.

Step 4 : The next most important step is to donate. The more you give the more you get. Donate a small fraction of your salary to a charitable organization. It could be a children's hospital, an old age home, a hospital run by an NGO or a home for people with special needs. When you donate, you signal to the Universe that you are living in abundance. Everytime you donate, feel grateful. And it needn't necessarily be money, you can give away clothes, books, your own services or even advice. Make people around you feel happy.

Step 5 : Get some exercise. Consult your doctor. Even a 15 minute yoga session will go a long way in healing your body.

Follow these steps with dedication and you will see results within a few days. And whatever happens, don't ever give up. Be as happy as you possibly can and feel as much gratitude as you possibly can. and above all, remember- You're Awesome.

Manifesting Health (Overview)

Your mind is powerful tool. Probably the most powerful tool in the whole universe. With the proper training, both physically and mentally, you can use your mind to achieve perfect health and fitness within weeks. And by "perfect health" I mean an absolutely perfect, fit and disease free body and mind.

So are you willing to take things in your own hands and work with me to achieve the body of your dreams? If yes, then the first thing you must do right now, this very moment is- set a goal. Take a pen and a notepad and write down your health goals. If you want to recover from an illness-write it down. If you want six pack abs-write it down. You can write down as many goals as you want and together, we will work through them one by one. In my following posts, I will demonstrate how to use the Law of Attraction to achieve perfect health. There will be three posts- the first one on recovering completely from an illness. The second one will be on general fitness and body sculpting. And the third will be on weight loss. Manifesting Money! (Power of your thoughts)

Thoughts become things! Here's how-

Well if you want to accomplish anything in life, anything at all, this is one fundamental concept that you absolutely need to grasp. Thoughts become things. Your thoughts are constantly creating the world around you and its time you became aware. Many people are subconsciously using the law of attraction to manifest the life of their dreams because deep inside they already know the power of their thoughts.

When you think of something, your brain sends out an electromagnetic signal to the ether. Everything in this Universe is made of energy. Including our thoughts. Our thoughts are electrochemical energy that get transmitted from one neuron to another. When you think of something, you experience an emotion associated with that thought. A certain thought could make you extremely happy while another could make you sad. Your feelings are like a feedback mechanism for your thoughts. So, try this as an experiment, for 10 minutes each day, think of random things and gauge your reaction to them. Do those things make you feel happy? Or sad? Or angry? Or grateful?  Single out those thoughts that make you feel extremely happy and grateful and write them down. Then focus on them. When you think of positive thoughts, you mind emits a positive frequency or "vibe" to the Universe, and by the Law of Attraction, the Universe emits the same signal back to you by manifesting your thoughts in your life. This is true for any negative thought as well. No matter what your vibe, the Universe will emit the same signal back to you. Think of yourself as a radio tower. You are giving out a frequency throughout the universe. Like attracts like. The universe will give you what you ask it for, what you consistently think of. 

So, basically, your thoughts are shaping your life. Now, it doesn't matter what you think of throughout the day. The Universe will respond to your predominant thoughts only. What do predominant thoughts mean? That feeling, that you get in your gut, when you're absolutely certain something good or something bad is going to happen. That thought that constantly occupies you. The universe is always responding to that. 
So take it upon yourself to consciously think of only those things that you want to manifest in your life and try to feel extremely grateful and happy about it. The Universe will catch your new frequency and respond to it instantly. Don't feel doubtful. Otherwise you'll get exactly that from the Universe-more doubts.
Think of energizing thoughts, thoughts that make you go "YAY!", thoughts that give you peace and satisfaction, thoughts of success, money, abundance, happiness. Make it your vibe. The Universe is at your service.
